Fund That is a commercial financing broker operated by 16647758 Canada Inc. We help Canadian businesses explore commercial financing options and may introduce or submit financing requests to banks, credit unions, leasing companies, finance companies or other independent financing providers.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement, Fund That is not the lender, lessor or credit provider. Any financing commitment, approval, decline, rate, term, condition, security requirement or funding decision is made by the applicable financing provider.

2. No approval or funding guarantee

Submitting an application, speaking with a Fund That specialist, receiving a preliminary discussion of options or being introduced to a financing provider does not guarantee approval, funding, a particular rate, a particular term or any minimum amount of financing.

Financing remains subject to eligibility, verification, documentation, lender underwriting, credit and fraud review, asset or collateral requirements, applicable law and the final approval of the financing provider.

3. Financing products and lender criteria

Fund That may assist with business loans, business lines of credit, equipment financing, working capital and other commercial financing products that may be available through participating providers. Product availability varies by applicant, industry, province, business profile, financing purpose, lender appetite and other underwriting factors.

Rates, fees, payment amounts, amortization, term lengths, advance rates, security requirements, guarantees, prepayment provisions, documentation requirements and other financing terms vary by provider and transaction. Information on this website is general and is not a financing offer, commitment or quote.

4. Fund That fees

Fund That may charge a brokerage, advisory, success or other service fee in connection with a financing transaction. Any fee payable by a customer to Fund That will be disclosed separately and agreed to in writing before the applicable financing transaction is finalized.

Where a Fund That fee agreement applies, the agreement will identify the fee structure or percentage, the event that triggers payment, the approved payment method and other applicable terms. The fee agreement is a separate contract from these website Terms & Disclosures and will govern in the event of a conflict concerning the Fund That fee.

Fund That may also receive compensation from a lender, lessor or other financing provider in connection with a completed transaction. The existence or amount of any provider-paid compensation may vary by transaction and provider. Where disclosure is required by applicable law or agreement, it will be made through the appropriate financing or transaction documentation.

5. Applications and information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and current to the best of your knowledge and to promptly correct material errors or changes. You must be authorized to provide information on behalf of the business identified in an application or inquiry.

Fund That may rely on the information you provide when assessing potential financing paths, communicating with providers or preparing submissions. We may request supporting documents before an application can proceed. Providing incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information may delay or terminate the process and may be disclosed where required or permitted by law.

6. Credit, identity and verification

Some financing providers require credit checks, identity verification, bank verification, ownership verification or other due-diligence steps. Where a separate authorization is required, Fund That or the applicable provider will obtain it through the appropriate application, consent or agreement process.

The initial website funding request is not, by itself, a blanket authorization for Fund That or every financing provider to conduct every possible credit or verification inquiry.

7. Appointments and communications

If you submit a financing request, contact form, dealer inquiry or appointment request, you authorize Fund That to communicate with you about that request by the contact information you provide. Appointment availability is not a guarantee that a financing request will be accepted, approved or funded.

Promotional electronic messages are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. Transactional, service-related and application-related communications may still be sent where reasonably necessary to administer an active request or relationship.

8. Acceptable website use
